Position 1: Chef
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present varied and seasonal menus
- Lead kitchen operations and supervise the culinary team
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP)
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers
- Train and support junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Strong leadership and culinary skills
- Understanding of kitchen budgeting and menu development
Position 2: Cook
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals in accordance with menu guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with dietary-specific meal preparations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
Position 3: Hospitality Manager
Salary: $74,000 – $78,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staffing, training, and scheduling
- Handle customer service concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, supplier relationships, and promotional activities
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality leadership role
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven skills in team management, budgeting, and customer engagement
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software
